Emotional and life problems can often feel impossible to overcome. But there is a solution, and you can have more control than you might think over your emotional life and how you respond to life’s challenges.
I work in a structured, compassionate and supportive way to help you overcome overwhelming emotions such as anxiety, depression, anger, jealousy, guilt and shame, and find greater clarity and fulfilment. My approach will help you make these complex issues more manageable and we can start to address them bit by bit. I will share insights, offer practical strategies and work with you to access your own inner resources, take action and make real changes in your life.
As a qualified CBT/REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioural) Therapist, I offer effective, evidence-based treatments for - Emotional or mood problems such as anxiety, depression, anger management, jealousy, guilt and shame, - Low self-esteem and confidence - OCD, panic attacks, phobias, performance anxiety - Family, relationship or work issues.
