Are you feeling stressed, anxious, low or overwhelmed? We all face challenging moments when compassionate support can help us move forward. I believe that we each have inner resources to help cope better with these challenges whether in our daily lives or at work. My role as a therapist is to help you uncover and strengthen these resources by offering a warm, compassionate and collaborative space to explore what is happening for you and support you create the change you would like to see. Therapy is a journey we take together, focused on your goals.

I work in an integrative way, drawing on goal-oriented cognitive behavioural therapies, along with mindfulness and breathwork, adapting the approach to suit your needs. Sessions offer a safe space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviour that may be unhelpful or limiting. Together, we identify these patterns and develop a way forward.

Breathwork has been transformative in my own life and in my work with clients. When appropriate, I weave simple breathing practices into sessions to enhance awareness about body-mind connection, encourage self regulation, and provide a sense of empowerment. I also offer dedicated breathwork coaching sessions for those who want to deepen this practice.
