Thank you for taking the time to read my bio.
As a therapist, I am extremely passionate and dedicated to helping people break free from the grip of life limiting patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour and overcome some of their biggest struggles including addictions, anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship problems and more.
I firmly believe that every human being has the capacity for radical change. If you feel stuck but ready to make changes in your life, I am here to help. I provide a compassionate and validating but also healthily challenging therapeutic experience that will aim to help you undermine suffering and struggle and live a rich, full, and meaningful life.
I have a decade of experience working in substance misuse clinics, delivering group and one to one sessions. I have several years of experience running a busy private practice in northwest London and online.
I have a strong foundation in Cognitive behavioural therapy, with particular interest in using third wave mindfulness-based CBT models, including Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and Compassion focussed therapy (CFT). I use my therapeutic skills and training integratively, which means recognising there is no “one size fits all” therapeutic treatment plan, and responding flexibly to the highly individual needs of each person I work with.
Please get in touch if you are interested in beginning the journey of building the life you truly want to live.
