CBT Therapist

North London

King’s Cross, Kentish Town, Tufnell Park, Gray’s Inn Rd

In-person sessions, Virtual/Online

I start from the premise that life is difficult – often much more so than we expect – unfortunately! Know that your feelings are normal and part of the tricky business of being human. But you are likely here because they are painful and getting in the way of living the life you want, and you want to learn new ways of handling them. As a fellow traveller, I really do understand.

My aim - always - is to create a warm, compassionate space to work with you, with understanding and humour and at your pace. Together we will untangle beliefs and coping mechanisms to help free you from those that might be causing you problems. Developing stronger self-worth and learning to be kinder to ourselves is also almost always part of the work we will do together, as these form the foundations of better mental health for all of us.

I work in person from rooms in north London – Tufnell Park, Kentish Town and King’s Cross – and online, or a mix of the two. Clients mostly come to me weekly or every two weeks (which can work well both practice-wise and financially) and I aim to be as flexible as possible about scheduling.

I am a CBT therapist and have experience working with many issues, including anxiety (in all its forms, including OCD, emetophobia, health), depression, self-esteem and relationship issues, plus ADHD and autism. I work with all age groups above 16.

Please feel free to get in touch and we can arrange a 15-minute initial chat and take it from there. I look forward to hearing from you.
