If life feels overwhelming right now and you’re tired of coping alone, stuck in loops you can’t seem to shift, or simply feeling like something needs to change, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Many of my clients come to me experiencing low-grade anxiety that never fully switches off, emotional fatigue from years of coping on their own, or recurring relationship dynamics that leave them feeling unseen, unheard, or misunderstood. Sometimes, it’s not a crisis, just a quiet, persistent sense that things could feel better.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship issues, low self-worth, or unhelpful thinking patterns. I also support those going through life transitions, workplace stress, or struggling with decision-making. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) — practical models that help us make sense of how your thoughts, feelings, and reactions are interconnected.

You won’t be rushed or judged here. We’ll move at your pace, focusing on what matters to you most. My style is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging but always grounded in respect and care.

Together, we’ll work to identify the beliefs and habits that may be keeping you stuck, while developing tools that support change in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. I’ll help you build insight and confidence so you can respond to life’s challenges with more clarity and self-trust.
