Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious? You’re not alone and change is possible. I offer Solution-Focused CBT/REBT: a structured yet flexible approach that helps you understand what’s keeping you stuck and introduces practical tools to move forward. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, anger, family or work stress, or patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help you feel more in control. Together we’ll explore the thoughts and habits that fuel your distress and gently shift them toward healthier more empowering alternatives. Many clients begin to notice a lift in symptoms, a sense of clarity, and confidence within weeks
My sessions are structured, practical and introduce flexible techniques to help you solve difficult emotions and behaviours to support you to build a better quality of life. The sessions are an hour long and you will be treated with respect and sensitivity to work out what is going on, agree a goal and then work towards new ways and behaviours to change your feelings for the better. You lead the pace and I will guide you along.
I offer both in person in North West London (2 minutes from Willesden Green Station) and online sessions via Zoom for adults only.
Each session will last 1 hour and my fees are £70 per session via bank transfer or cash
I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy
